Whipped Cream Pie Topping

Stabilized Whipped Cream Pie Topping (for 2 pies) 2 Cups Heavy Cream 2 teaspoons Vanilla 2 teaspoons Corn Syrup 1/2 cup Confectioners Sugar 1 pinch Salt Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl. With whisk attachment, whisk on low for a few minutes, then to medium/ medium high whipping until thick & stiff. Do not over beat, it will break down & separate (you will have homemade sweet butter though 😁 )
